Bound Books
The ATF requires all gun dealers to keep record of all of their transactions involving firearms and other regulated items. We provide a digital, perfect, easily recalled version of the boundbook at your fingertips.
Users Accounts
Individuals at your organization will have separate software logins for internal auditing and security. User Accounts hold employees accountable for their work… And their mistakes… Which our software eliminates the possibility of.
Attachments
TADsoftware allows you upload photos of customers, guns, and any additional files. Each account includes 5GB of space, but more space is available upon request. (Feature being built)
Free Support
Unlike some of the other companies out there, TADsoftware does not charge for customer support. We are here for you whenever you need us, because let’s be honest, there is very little that is more frustrating than a situation when you need help with something and the customer support is nowhere to be found. Licensing
We automate and simplify any and all licensing forms that the ATF requires you to fill out in order to get, renew, or maintain an FFL. A fast and easy system to apply for new licenses or renew existing ones.
ATF Reports
Monthly, quarterly, or annual reports that the ATF requires of FFL Dealers. The forms are accessible to all licensed users, but with Plus and Pro, the software will even fill these forms AUTOMATICALLY.
Electronic Transfers
Digitizing and streamlining the transfer processes that are specific from one dealer to another and do not include any customers (only from one FFL to another).

Automated Multi-Sale
This form is for the sale of two or more pistols within a 5 business day period. There is an additional form for FFLs in border states for the sale of rifles. We built this form into the Basic, Plus, and Pro plans.
Full DataBase of FFL’s
We consistently update our list of FFL’s on a regular basis and always have the most up to date information available. And we don’t charge extra for it.
Automated Daily Backup
In using a digital A&D, you are required to backup your data every day. We take care of that for you. Backups occur both on our servers, and also at the customer level—they must backup their information daily on their local drive. We will build this into the setup so customers can choose the best location to save their files.
